Stealth equip

    Yellow 2point equip.
    Can few seconds stealth. But you use a weapon or attacked, it disappears. So, mortar is good counter.
    How about this one?

    When you mean weapon do you mean just red items or all items, (yellow/green)? It may be a bit broken at higher levels especially for speeders where it is already difficult to hit them, 1v1 would be more one-sided.

    Great idea it's will be a great breather for ships (generally defender and shooter ) to get away when unfriends focus fire on them which usually leads to Thier death.
    I can work out the details to some extent (since every body is asking for them and I have time to kill ;) )
    Duration : 5 sec ( enough time to get out when enemy fire is focused on u )
    Cooldown : 25 sec (should be massive otherwise it will be op since ships will disappear again and again).
    Item slot : blue ( hear me out
    1.First it will be a first active blue item not an passive one.
    2. More reach. Every ship can use it especially defender and shooters because once they get focused fire by unfriended they can't usually get out.)
    3. Using blue slots prevents it from being used by majority of speeders and enforcers as those guy have on and other skills to get Outta focus fire).
    Some more details
    1. U become visible the instant the unfriend fires upon u basically if u get hit by any red slot weapons
    2. Skill training
    It will like turbo with no skill training
    EDIT: SLOT: it will be a 2 slot item.

    It doesn't sound right as a blue. I think it should be yellow and be 2 slot. Enforcers need a buff and this could help

    Isn’t the whole definition of a blue item ”passive control item”? So if it’s active, it shouldn’t be blue?
    But it’s a good idea

    it's worth a try... "Tesla Cloak" - under Dr. Buzzkill's skill tree.

    2 slot yellow item - base duration 8 secs, cooldown 20 secs.,
    when activated: boat turns invisible, only visual clue is the wave trail... cannot be locked on... 1st damage source halves duration, succeeding damage source deactivates cloak (cloak deactivations done this way causes boat to be stunned for 4 secs). when cloaked boat activates a red item, cloak disappears.

    OR

    blue item - 2 slots "Mirror shield" - Brock's skill tree
    Adds XX HP (probably lower than standard shield) or almost the same as standard shield HP stats.
    Passive ability: whenever boat equipped with mirror shield is damaged, mirror shield passively activates a cloaking mechanism that last 6 secs (base duration), passive ability cooldown is 20 secs.
    cloak deactivates when boat receives damage OR if boat activates a red item (weapon). cloak ability does not activate again until cooldown is recharged.
    when cloaked, boat is invisible and cannot be targetted/locked on, only the wave trail is visible. if boat stops, it will be completely undetectable.

    *duration indicated is just my suggested figure.... might be too OP if duration lasts longer.

    It's makes complete sense as a blue item
    Hear me out
    How many times have u made a mistake as a shooter or defender to move into the enemy territory a little early leaving friends behind u get immediately focused fired upon and these ship have low speed and agility they die easily (and even on 1v1 vs speeder it's frustrating for these ships) and even if u manage to escape around and reach ur friends u lose a lot of health but mostly u die out there.
    This will help to get a breather for those ship especially defender
    2nd I don't want this to be yellow item because it will make hitting speeder a pain in the ***. Imagine a speeder using ob to runaway then vanishing it's frustrating.
    It might even make speeder a little op.
    And from what I understand a mk5 enforcer is the one which needs buff not mk6+. The double tesla Shield setup makes it good enough and have enough amount of health.
    Second what enforcer need in buff is health buff and increase in a red slot item make a slot item 2 1 1.
    A blue item makes all ships able to equip them and if speeder wants to equip it will lose health significantly.

    They will first have to work on placement of weapons it is getting really cramped up on left side.

    The blue item wouldn't be that great, as you need to get hit first, this means that unless you are a yellow then it will be fairly easy to predict where your opponent is going to be, this will become easier with mortars as you don't have to be that accurate

    I think duration time is too much and it will make speeder op read my above post.
    2nd idea
    Making it a passive item will make the game lot more chaotic and I won't know if it can even work it might even break the game.
    Supposedly I hit an unfriend then he vanishes for 6 sec and then appears somewhere else then I hit him again then he vanishes again making this item op as passive and I honestly don't know if any side will be able to kill any other person
    By the way I took ur wave trail pt and put it in my answer hope u don't mind.
    @A55A51N @Excism @yellowocean I want this item to be a escape mechanism and I truly think if it is used in any other way it might become too powerful read my above answer for further details. :)

    Here are my thoughts.
    Yellow Slot:
    2 Slots
    Duration: 5 seconds (Can be upgraded to Max of 10 secs at tier 5 leg)
    Cooldown: 25 seconds
    Effect: you turn invisible and cannot be locked on.
    You still leave a trail and can be hit.
    All yellow and red items are disabled when cloak active. Cloak duration does not get affected from hits nor will it disappear, you just take dmg.

    Don't even argue. If you guys want a item as OP as this, than think realistically and you will realize it has to be very underwhelming to even be considered.

    Imagine at the high ACE or Nightmare levels where a defender or 2 suddenly appear in the middle of all those speeders and enforcers. The chaos it causes. Defenders are not that weak at high level. Just mid to lower levels where it's very slow to get close.

    Come ON. Put the cooldown at 45-50 seconds. Even with perks, it will be 30 seconds at best. You can still be hit, you still leave a trail, you just cannot get locked on.

    How about this,
    Item effects: It is a yellow item that costs 1 slot points. You wont seen on the minimap but you will still leave a trail behind you. Your teammates can see you. You dont take any damage in 10 seconds to use it. If you take any damage while invisible, it will disappeared.
    Duration: 8 seconds, can be upgraded to 15 seconds with Dr. Buzzkill talent tree.
    Cooldown: 12 seconds, will begins when invisible disappeared.

    Take care about all of this idea... u can ruined a game in total.
    You see fun item to research and game-play... for all classes except fixer...
    I see possibility kill fixer without any damage , without 0 chance for dodge that ... so care ...
    And Yes if it's blue item I see 10 assassins in a game.

    Stealth item mustn't a blue item, it must yellow. Also teammates can protect fixers anytime. I using dual nitro and usually i can entering to enemy deeps and i probably die. It isn't an OP mechanic. Stealth is a unique ability that changing speeders play style. Speeder are often roaming around like a dragonfly. But with this item, that can change. I prefer playing sneaky instead of a quick play style and i know some speeders or enforcers thinks like me.
    Game needs more item anyway so we should talk about that i think.
