First time ever win a rigged matchmaking

It may look rigged on your point of view but it really wasn't.

Here I thought the match was rigged (so that my team had a free win)

Turns out he's mk7 at 3k infamy for an obvious reason (and yes we lost)

 

In my point of view, my team didn't have a mk 5 while unfriend team have two. My team have a mk3 but not unfriend team. My team have an afk while unfriend didn't. Luckily I destroyed the fixer before he can heal and separate the defender out of his team. With only 4 ships on our team, we could have lose.

 

There's nothing "rigged" about it, mk levels mean very little. You can find mk5 ships from 500 infamy to 4000+.

The matchmaker makes fair matchups based on infamy, not based on ship levels.

 

Yeah.. I wouldn't say it's rigged either. The mk5s may seem bad, but in terms of the number of weapons it's pretty even. 15 weapons for each side.

Did the mk5 shooter came running towards ur whole team in the start of the match leaving his whole team behind?

 

When I was 700-900 infamy I used to keep track of the MK difference before each battle started. And I agree, when I would see 2 x mk5 on the other team and we had none, I would automatically give our team about a 10% chance to win. And with the other team having one fixer, I would have only given our team less than 5% chance of a win. Obviously the other team messed up and you guys won. They probably left the fixer(only 900 heal points). But I would say 90% of the time +, the unfriends would have won that battle.
I really don't pay attention anymore. I see what ship types are on the other side, what map we are on and whether we have a fixer and then adjust my gameplay.

 

Don't forget we a have an annoying AFK on our team, that would give us 1% to win
