How to Gain XP Fast?

Seriously. I'm levelling up super slow. How do I get higher of a level faster?

 

Well the obvious way would be to just spend your pearls on speeding up crew training but I'm gonna assume that's not your preferred choice. Other than that, the most efficient way to level up is to only focus on leveling up the first 3-4 crew members. The first ones are unlocked right away and the higher level they are, the more XP you gain for each level they're trained.

 

There's no faster way to do it unless you spend real money on pearls, sorry man. Best thing you can do is try to have the sugar saved up for next crew member before it finishes training current crew member.

A not so fast way is actually targetting the high XP Captain levels, it makes a slight difference. Saving all your pearls from watching ads, and not using them except to level the Captains would possibly the fastest way without money.
