Falling out with shooter, should I change?

Afternoon all. So I'm currently lv32 at around 1900 infamy (although my highest was 2209) and seem to be getting stuck passing these scores. I think it's due to me being unhappy with my class & weapons so thought I'd ask on here with me just joining. Atrached a pic of my current set up on shooter mk5 but wondering if I've got the items to now move on to something different. I have speeder/defender at mk4 and fixer at mk3. Any help/suggestions much appreciated as I've heard that snipers etc are much better at higher levels. Seem to have battles where I clean up and others where it just doesn't happen

 

for your speeder, it's seems ok
torpedo/blast, nitro/bandage/shield, and ob/nitro/frost (especially with torpedo)

for a defender (not my speciality..) you don't have enough canon(explosive/rail/flare) mortar is not the solution
and for your shooter, keep only one big bertha, and put your canon and torpedo.

Much appreciated. I was actually thinking of selling 1 big B and using the material to finish the cannon quicker.

 

Still have some saving to do until I can swap ships I think but I could do with deciding which way now

 

You have some solid weapons for speeder and once you start flying around the bay you will get re-hooked on the game. The play style of a speeder is so different from shooter. Being able to avoid mortars, stun opponents, and use the whole map throughout the fight is definatly fun.

 

especially around 2K infamy when spamming mortar is the law
def is fun to play too, but got same frustrating problem : avoid mortar, so for avoid being boring, goind speeder can be a solution

 

you could try enforcer with tesla bolt or shield as enforcer is very well rounded
