Railgun Percentage

    Why does the damage output of the railgun vary seemingly randomly? The game outlines no obvious reason for the decrease in damage.

    The closer to target you are the less dmg it deals. This makes rail gun a bit even so it can't be fired at close range and kill everyone. It would be too over powered then. If you shoot it from long distance the possibility to miss is higher and therefore it is dealing more damage (the harder and slower reloading weapon is, the harder it hits)
