How to evolve weapons?

    I'm trying to upgrade my cannon.

    I'm at the point where I have to evolve it. I've got the power packs and gold, but looks like I'm missing another cannon? Yet I can't buy another?

    What am I doing wrong?

    Probably you could wait till you could open a pack to get the weapon if it uncommon or common but it's a chance but the developers should a reset timer to get the weapon again which should be recommended for the developers to keep the game strong or fresh.

    Nothing lol
    So if you own 1 item (Let's say rare cannon) you cannot buy another rare cannon from the shop.
    You have to find one this can be done through 2 ways
    1st you can randomly find one from chests and such
    2nd you can use parts
    And it seems completely random so just continue to play and you will get one i am sure:);)
