Can't evolve

    i have two uncommon blast cannons. One is at level 20 and the other at level 13. I have level III talent and plenty of green goo, but it shows that I am misssing another blast cannon when I try to evolve to level 20. I tried pulling the perk form the lvl 13, but that doesn't help. What gives?

    You can't evolve with a t2 item. Sorry.
