The best burning combo on speeder

Hey guys, so I've been thinking alot about my loadout lately. For now I'm using blast/flare. But I am soon in a state where the explosive cannon is getting better than the blast(talents). Also im thinking of switching out the flare gun with a grenade and fire chance perks. Is this an option??

I prefer EC over BC. It has more range, damage and its AoE.

Grenade can deal huge damage. But the combo is not 100% (u need very good perks and crew training for it). And u have definetly less chances to hit speeders with it.

As for flare gun. It has less dmg than grenade(if u land a grenade right into the enemy and get lucky with a crit). But its way easier to land. It has veeery nong burning time (I can easilly land to EC shots into one flare shot which longs for 18 sec).

Thats why I prefer EC+Flare.

 

I personally use a t3 rare grenade with 26% chance to set unfriends on fire, but I would not recomend is as a combo item unless you can get the crit% above 50, cause the fire lasts only 5 sec.

 

Yeah you're probably right. Im trying to get 2 more rare explosives now so it can outdmg my blastcannon

I love explosive cannon, that thing is so much better than bc. Better range, speed, and AoE dmg.

You're right, good call.

 

For a while I was playing Frost Blaster > Grenade > Blast Cannon. The Frost Blaster works quite well with the Grenade, and with the fire perks it can sometimes set up the Blast Cannon for a really big hit.
