*ANOTHER* Weapon Idea
Biggest torp. Basically a moving mine that does TONS of dmg. Basically a luck/unskill weapon. Most useful against unsuspecting speeders (We run into mines even though we know where they're at)
One slot.
Arming range; 1/3 of the big torp
Reload; 8 sec
Perks; Faster speed, larger trigger/slash radius, more dmg
Base dmg for a rare; 900, max for t5 rare, 1500

Its so sad to see so many negative threads, posts, videos, comments, etc, etc...
I feel like I'm the only one (on the forums) that appritiats the game for what it is.
Sure there are unbalances, but they are ingnorable.
I have a feeling that people are playing the game to get to the top, to be the best. Instead of playing for the fun of winning.
I see so many thread claiming that something is OP, and sometimes their right, but I feel like its their own selfishness that brings them to call it out, their desire to be better than others.
They take infamy too seriously, your infamy is mostly you skill, a little bit your weapons, and an even smaller bit your teams. just because you're an mk5 doesn't mean you should be at 3000 infamy.
It does mean that you shouldn't be at less than 1000 infamy. For a F2P like myself, an mk5 takes a long time, enough time for me/you to acquire the skill it takes to climb.
Maybe they think the devs don't care/don't have the best in mind. They do, not only because they get payed, but cause they love the game and want the best for it.

 

I agree with @flyingdoucheman , these forums are so dark and dreary, not just because of the colors, but also the threads. The good one are being buried by the whining, complaining, etc... threads.
So I have decided to post nothing negative (except here, everyone needs a place to vent) and keep my posts as light and helpful as possible. Be a "light" in the dark forums.

Item Ideas

1. Tesla Mine (yellow 1 slot)

• A mine that does no dmg, but stuns, slows, and basically immobilizes the enemy that triggered it. (no-one else)

2. Tesla Wall (Blue 2 slots)

• Thrown like a mine.
• Puts up a blue tesla wall too high for mines/grenades to be thrown over.
• Works like tesla shield, but if broken, stuns all (friendly) ships for 5 sec.
• Ships can pass through, along with torps.
• Is very transparent, but still easily noticeable.
  
• Low enough for all mortars to pass over.
• Blocks ALL shots, friendly fire also does dmg.

 

I like the idea of a freeze mine. That slows everyone in radius a little more than frost launcher. Not tesla because I hate stuns

I have mixed feelings about the VIP chat. Sure it would be cool to see the ledgends like AmericanMarader, TheWarNet, Miika, Zeus, etc, etc. But then I would never have met @Biffter, @Joeyaa, @behumble, @SweatyBeaver (I love that troll), @Captain Gilligan, @BITTERSTEEL, etc, etc. Chill Zone has a good comunity if you learn the regulars, so head on over, Biffter, Behumble, @ExoticBullet32 (He has another ign), SweatyBeaver, or The_Otherguy might be there to greet you!

 

If the Devs offered me T5 Legendaries/Epics, I think I wouldn't take them up on it. I would take rares, but I dont want to be that whale everyone complains about, and beside, T5s would give me nothing to work toward!
