Sniper + blast cannon question.

    I'm currently playing enforcer mk5, I've seen some top infamy players combining sniper cannon with blast cannon. Does anyone know how do they mix their Bhurt tree? I'm guessing all crit skills on the sniper and the rest on blast cannon damage, but not quite sure.

    PERSONALLY, I would never mix snipers and blast cannons.

    If you switch your talents to sniper your sniper will be strong but your blast cannon will be very weak. If you switch your talents to blast cannon your sniper will be very weak. I would recommend only mixing sniper and explosive cannon

    I got all mine on my sniper so my sniper does pretty good but you can see all those blast cannon talents I had to pass by.

    Unfortunately I find using a 2 slot weapon as an Enforcer not the best option, which is the case of the explosive cannon. I do think like you, this is why I ask, I'd like someone to tell me if there is a real benefit or 2 blast are just the best way to go for Enforcers.

    Ah, I see. If you plan on maining enforcer you should really get your mine, blast cannon and flare gun leveled up. Flare gun + 2x blast cannons or mine + 2x blast cannons is a very powerful combination

    You could also use this guy's strat. He was at 3300 a few days ago

    Yeah I've played against him! I used to have a cannon but once I hit mk5 y found that I wasn't taking any advantage of the low cooldown, had a mine too but I don't find "mining" very fun to be honest, I could perhaps go back to them if I find an epic one. The next thing I wanna try are grenades, haven't really given them a chance, and I think they have decent synergy with cannons cause of the close range + burn chance.

    I just changed up my training and weapons.
    I've tried a bunch of combos and settled on dual blast, because I have a t3 and an epic. I was a BIG sniper user, hence the reraining.
    I was not happy with my lvl10 rare flare gun. Not enough standalone damage AND you have to have training, which again is in conflict with other boosts, for extra damage.

    My load-out now is the dual Blasts with 3% damage perks and a soon to be t4 rare std Cannon. With Tesla Bolt you can hit hard close-up, stun, and hit some more.
    But there's the problem... you have to get close.

    Grenade is good but you will need a tesla shield that can withstand the average shot as you will be needing to get pretty close to enemies. It is a great item to use aswell on the enforcer
