Repair box critical chance

Repair box critical is a joke, with training you can only go to 15% and is no perk for critical repair box, sniper can go to 45% chance... repair box needs perks for critical chance

 

since pulse nerf box is my primary source of hp, The bolt dont heal me.

Half Box training tree is about critical the other half is about range, with no critical perks that 15% critical training and the other 100 critical heal you get are useless, so i think half of box training tree is useless

 

Why do they even have a crit lol? Just be happy that it even does

 

Why box critical ? Thats a question for devs... ¿same reason that the sniper and other ítems has ?

Lol, I've never seen any healing crit on any game other than this one.
I mean critical damage makes sense, critical healing doesn't.

 

Lol, i dont know to much games, but in WoW you have critical for healing and talents to increase that stat

 

I agree completely, ive noticed the box crit too and id like to incre the chances of it.
It's also my source of hp and a crit would be very useful.

You seem to really like bolt haha. I do not. Ive had so much trouble using because of
1. Walls or sunken ships (bolt doesn't go over walls like box does, and is blocked by ships that have been sunk which becomes a big problem in most situations, bcuz either u need to join them on the other side of the wall or not heal at all)
2. unfriends of friends blocking ur shot (happens all the time that a few players will be together and seem to surround the one with lowest health. Recently had a game where an enforcer decided to dance right next to the friend I was trying to heal -_-)
3. Accuracy- this is more of a skill that can be improved over time, but no matter what lvl hitting someone with a bolt across the map just ain't gonna be easy, and near impossible with faster moving ships like speeder or enforcer that always stay in motion. So many time I shoot a bolt out to a speeder, leading my shot, but the speeder ends up doing some funky thing like going backwards, nitro ing, completely turning a different direction, or going behind a wall

Basically, bolt is a pain
Box should have increased crit perks or more skills on the tree for it.

 

Critical hit damage is called so, because of the fighting games of yore where crits dealt extra damage because you hit the enemy in a sensitive area..
So if my healing crits it means it climbed up where the sun don't shine?

 

I would love to see some changes to how crit chance works with healing boxes.

Say we make it so the crit chance could go to 35% (roughly 1 out of 3 boxes). BUT a repair box that lands on water will have no crit chance. Meaning you have to land it on a teammate to get the crit chance benefit.

Then you could compare the sniper with a repair box, because snipers can miss and lose the chance to crit for that shot while a box can land on water after missing a teammate and still has it's 15% chance to crit.

I'd suggest not comparing damage dealing items with healing items

 

Do you guys think it is worth training the crit chance for the box or should I upgrade the alternate skills such as cool down time for healing items?

 

Cooldowntime over crit for boxes.
