    So even you think it's a bad idea but still it is something we should use? :)

    This shows why making games is always difficult because there are as many wishes and opinions as there are players. Some players what more stuff in the shop, some players want less etc. There are no absolute truths for anything in games and we just need to use our gut feeling and then balance based on how it feels, and keep on iterating.

    What makes it especially hard is that often "feeling" might be in total disconnection between reality. For example sugar costs after V2.0 update. I know it for a fact that upgrading takes less sugar now but it didn't feel like that, which is why we quickly rebalanced sugar income. While we did extensive math and simulation on the economy to see how it works, no simulator can tell how the system feels to a real person.

    I think where @TheEpicWarlord was coming from is that it is an IDEA. Like brainstorming, the first suggestion may not work but after additional thoughts/input it is something that might work.

    That aside, I agree that many players have many opinions, but there are some opinions that are quite unanimous and I think those need to be given merit and acted on quickly. For starters, I haven't heard any player asking for less items in the shop. Gold shortage is another. Expensive parts. Cell shortage. Stars system. Randomness and inability to choose what you want. What we've been hearing is weak justifications as to why these flaws are acceptable. What we are looking for is for a resolution to make this game better.

    Don't get me wrong. The new upgrading system is fine. It needs to be tweaked to make it more palatable.

    But one thing I cannot agree with you (and I believe the entire community) is the new star system. It's a killjoy.

    I believe that i should've received more stars than this since i did around 85% of the work & healer did no healing for me but only ran healing themselves.

    B. The star system can be a total pain but for the most part it is okay

    Old system: Top tier gear = farmable.
    New system: Two top tiers of gear = not farmable.
    Sure it required an absurd amount of games to farm T5 epics with epic perks -- But it was nothing compared to the current system, now its pay up or be 2nd tier (which is hardly surprising for a freemium, but then be honest about it).
    ----
    Old system: Rare chance of seeing epic you like = Buy for 1.5 million.
    New system: Have to buy all epic pieces at 290000 gold each = 2.9 million pr epic -- Assuming you are interested in a third that puts average epic price at 8.7 million. And you have to buy all of them (if you are a fixer... less as yellow boat & even less as shooter/defender).
    ----
    Old system: 150 stars = guaranteed epic [Or around 1000pearls if you we're completely out of stars when it appeared, or a mixture if you didn't lack the full 150].
    New system 150 stars = dice roll, with average outcome much below 1 full epic.
    The 15 crates also excisted back then & you could surely spend more than 75 stars pr day if you wanted to play that much (that amount of games would give enough pearls for shop refreshes).. There is no upside to having removed the interesting crates.

    @Miika It would probably be easier to just say it like it is.. "We altered the system to enchance profitability".. Thats fair enough, you run a buisness & I'm sure most players realize that. You get these negative comments because you try to pretend that the new system is amazing & better for players. I've seen months of both & the new system means slower (epic) progress & the epics you do get come at a much higher gold price than before. It's not even close.
    My favourite was your decision to cut the guaranteed epic at 3k & 4k infamy -- Was that really needed? :)

    Edit: Suppose I should add a positive comment aswell: The new upgrading system is better than the fusing system!
