Tips to get past Ace 1 leauge?

Explosive is too powerful to swap it with any weapon. It's my favorite tbh.

Unless you are intending to spend $$$$ the nightmare rewards are usless to you. Legend parts? Yay. What will you do with them?

You are better off trying to win ace1 and getting a good amount of epic parts. Not that is possible the way the current leagues work though once you get above 3500 inf, without doing what loads if people seem to do and drop on the last day of the season, down to 3k or so.

 

Sometimes I really wonder why some players are in nightmare league, and I'm not. Well obviously because I'm an mk5 shooter with weaker gear than most players... But I feel like my infamy should be a little bit higher than 3100

I disagree, to an extent. The speeders job is to distract, and draw fire, while the shooters deal dmg (ideally). The speeder is also good at slitting teams, but is not supposed to be the top dmg dealer on any team. (unless your Orpheas) Your not wrong, just not right. The strength of the speeder is in its speed.

 

I agree with your take on the speeders role, but I don't see how that's in any way incompatible with anything I wrote.

You're still going to need offensive power as support, distraction or "hunter killer of wounded prey". You'll also be last man standing in many games.

So why exactly shouldn't you utilize your very precious few red slots to the absolute max if you can?

 

That's correct on all points there.
Which is why the 2 weapons need to compliment each other, ideally, they compound damage with Damage effects. or either very high damage like Double Grenade (bdziryan) , Double Carronade (Corgi W), or simply high damage (Orpheus)

It's not all about damage. Floppity is a great speeder, he obviously was the hunter and picking off the weak and strays. The purpose of a shooter is to do damage.

 

@D3X and @Rock'N'Rolla I want to thank you guys for your advice. Ever since I swapped out that uncommon sniper for the legendary mine I win more fights, and I even managed to reach a new pr.

But the weird part is... I have never, ever hit anything with those mines since I swapped out the sniper. And usually I'm always first place in battle with 1,5-2x times the damage as the second place player... Now I'm constantly third place, but weirdly enough I win more...

I guess damage aside, that mine is really good for area control, seems like area controll really makes a big difference.

I remember a battle with you, I got separated and had to slowly move my way to avoid your mines but my team died before I got there rip lol

 

How do you get the Legendary parts (with out buying)!!!!!!!

Possible to reach 4k with just strictly rares and only mk 5 at that. Probably reack 4k? Maybe time Will tell
