Don't get me wrong. I love the game. I'm having issues with the way it's set up, NOW. I've had zero issues with the game until this last week. I would like my issues addressed. As a customer, and a chump change paying one at that, I don't like to be told, "our game is set up to be fail proof, sorry about your luck", especially if it's things I have paid for.

To me, that not a sufficient enough response to my issue.

Back when we were mk3, we didn't face many mk4s till we reached 900 and not a single mk5.

Actually, my epic flare gun did just disappear on it's own without scraping. I made a post in bugs and it was back the next day.

 

Not defending OP, but I dropped from 2600+ infamy to 1900+ a few weeks ago. It was over a few days, but I couldn't do anything to stop the slide. I didn't have floaters - just a lot of bad luck. I'm now back up around 2,700, but if I had been penalized at the time, I would have been pissed too. I guess all I'm saying is that it's possible.

 

I also wonder what would happen if somebody goes on a month holiday? Wouldn't he/she naturally drop just because other players have gotten better in that month?

 

Okay hold up. He fell 900 points, down near 1000. A player near 2k, even if one of his weapons disappears, can't possibly lose that many matches just from suicides and floaters. Not on accident, unless he's doing something seriously wrong but won't change anything.

Until I see I only dropped 100, so it looks like you had to suffer quite a while for that to happen then.
Or...maybe you didn't....drop...800...Infamy....accidentally.

Lol why would u lie? I didn't even know what seal clubbing was until I had to ask about it. And I don't spend money to purposely lose. It's definitely not hard to get on a losing spree with all those who do purposely drop infamy, and then are fighting their way back up. In my league we are fighting players whom shouldn't be there, so yeah it's totes possible.

 

Check your pings. Did you switch to a new ship or build/playstyle.

I had to switch to a new set up because my blast cannon went missing. I started with a green weapon I had to buy, because I only ever used my blast cannons, and either a mortar or fire bomb for my 4th weapon.

Other than that. I don't play any other ship.

 

I mean, yeah it's possible to loose and to get on a loosing streak.

But if you get a -24 point drop on your Infamy everytime you loose, then mathematically you'd have to loose at least 33 games to drop 800 Infamy.

Well luckily my battle log can show I'm no seal clubber. This is the first time ever that I have encountered this. I realized long ago that you will peak then fall, but then come right back up. It was a repeated cycle. But, this was a total downward spiral, and what makes me even more mad is I'm being penalized for it... which isn't right

 

What level is your uncommon item?. I think that's where the problem arises, you are using an uncommon iten at an infamy where people use rares and epics. Lose the uncommon and use the nortar or firebomb in it's stead.

You can check your pings by touching the top left button which also gices access to your battle log. Pings should be at the bottom, it's possible to playwithin 500 pings max.

What I was saying is I had 4 blast cannons, and I purposely broke one to gain material. But my 3 blue blast cannons, I would never touch. Lol and if I wanted to break one, it definitely wouldn't be my strongest one, and I'd probably remove the rare perks so I could at least gain some gold lol

I'm not longer using an uncommon. I now have an epic swift torpedo and a rare bertha.
