Is There A Chart Of Items...

For Comparison Sake?

ex: I have 2 rare Big Berthas, If I level them up how would they compare to to my lvl 30 uncommon?
ex2: Or I have a t2 rare firebomb, should I put resources there instead of my t3 firebomb?

 

Somewhere... I know there is one out there, I'll see if I can find it.

I'm aware of that but I dern sure ain't reading it right.

Again, Big Bertha for example.
The chart has the legendary at 100. So I figure that would be it's total maximum damage, which is 1222 points, with my crew training.
Level 1 Bertha does 327 points. The chart shows the lvl1 at 5.54. That's 68, so the chart is not showing percentage.
Level 30 uncommon is "23.08", or 282 points if it's percentage, which it's obviously not, since mine does 635 points of damage on mine.

Crew training is something else.

this is a downloadable google docs page shown to me by @Rivet. It should show the difference of damage for each weapon and their rarity. Hopefully ,this helps

 

Are you using the max output as a reference? E.g. legendary berta maxed is 2055 with my training (100%), epic lv1 should make 9.91 of that (204) and in my game makes....397

OK, So my lvl30 Big Bertha has the "arbitrary" number of 23.08.
A rare lvl28 18's number is 22.64, epic is 24.43 at only lvl 15. So all would do similar damage, without saying what that damage is.

The numbers on the site which are the same as the spreadsheet, isn't a chart of damage per se, but to compare damage. It's what I was looking for, I just needed to figure out how to read it.

 

Yes, it is to compare dmg, but I am pretty sure it's meant to be %, with 100 meaning maximum possible.

This is assuming that it is based off a spreadsheet which explicitly states 100% = maximum
