Just opened my first 3900 Crate a few minutes ago!

Anyways, this is what I got out of them. (Yes, sorry but I have to post them all! >:V)

As a Fixer, I was very happy with the first Box I opened, since it had a Epic Standard Shield, but if you noticed, I got two Epic Grenades.
Should I start using them and upgrade them to give them a go? Or are grenades a bad choice for a Fixer?

IMO you should strap all of your "+crit%" perks to that Epic Sniper and use that. Grenades you'll need to be way too close to the front line to use effectively, although they would make for great self-defense against an enemy Speeder that rushes you and catches one in the face.

I use grenade as a primary, and yes you do need to be pretty close. On the positive side, they can deal a lot of damage. I have mine at T2 lvl 18 and it does 555 damage. Can't always hit the speeders though if they nitro out of the drop zone. Great for dropping on shooters and defenders and they arc well so you can drop them over a big swell. Crit Chance is good with perks.

What's a number you get when you get the Crit hit? I'd also like to know wether that would be better than the change of ignition.

Personally would suggest long range items for support, you won't really be doing much damage either way and it's best you stay out of range from the enemy. I'd suggest sticking to your sniper cannon/big torp/missile launcher/big bertha to keep you nice and far.

The crit % is for setting enemies on fire. It doesn't do More damage like the canons. The enemy burns for 5 seconds but that is enough to finish them off sometimes.

I use a good ol' blast. I usually only use it for finishing, speeders trying to zap me, super chaos close combat, endgame chasing and when there is an open target while all my greens are recharging.

You can get decent range on grenades with rare range perks, they start becoming nasty when you can throw them far because they always hit, quick projectile, deal heavy damage and only take one slot
