Star Crates

any thoughts of the idea of different levels of star crates? An option of one at 50 or 100 would be nice. When you get to the point of using rare items or higher uncommon star crates are only worthy of scrapping 99% of time.

 

Great idea, I miss the rare (50) and epic (150) crates!
Back in the golden days we had different boxes -- They redid the shop/progress system a month or two before going global.

Lol I've actually forgotten we could store more than 15 stars at a time. I usually just buy the crate as soon as I hit 15 since it takes so long to grind now and I need instant gratification.

 

Thx for the link, I have been playing pay to play apps like this for awhile. For example, I put almost 5 years into Clash of Clans and I was an avid player and moderate spender. Unfortunately, with all the updates and changes made over the years it got very hard to keep up and eventually I got burned out. It seems after reading that thread that rovio is going that direction with this game which is a bummer. Small changes are all that are needed I would just like to be able to control my own destiny with this game. We should be able to purchase duplicate weapons for upg purposes not be forced to switch b/c we can never get another item to evolve. If stars are such a big reward for battling well how make them worthwhile. Allow us to use stars to purchase items or perks. I had a rare cool down perk show up in the marketplace over 500k gold for a 1.5% cool down? That equals out to a little over a tenth of a sec, no thanks.....
