The only time I rememneenwherr I got a full item from a scrapping was when I scrapped my epic t2 tri torps. I was lucky enough to get another epic tri torps :p which I scrapped immediately after because...i didn't want it obviously

That was happening for a limited period after the shop and leveling system was changed. Its not active anymore

The way I did it was I spammed the start of the shop and bought all the red pieces, and one blue. That equals to 20 (I did 20 at a time).
I believe there is a higher chance to get the same item color from scrapping, but I never scrapped a yellow/green item. And only one blue item. So it's interesting how I got so many yellow pieces

All the red items, and one blue item. To make it 20 at a time.

I love this idea already. I'm not sure if this counts but I scrapped approximately 110 commons and got the following:

    Somewhere between 5-7 rare pieces
    2 epic pieces

Scrapped 1 rare that accumulated and then this happened...so....yay?

Yup, my 3 legendary pieces we're from 2 Rares and that one common one. It seems that rare items give you the most legendaries. Or maybe thats because epics don't get scrapped often. Btw congrats :)

What about uncommon items? Which is more worth to scrap?

I didn't do anything with uncommon items here. It would cost 10x more to do the same test on it anyways (which is a little too much for me :p) chances are the rewards you get from uncommon items are not worth 10x the amount you get from common item, and that's all I can say. I might be able to record the next 100 uncommon items I get, but that would take a while

I have done a test with uncommon items. I spend 1 mil on uncommon items, so that means just 20 items in total. All I got were 3 rare pieces.

My personal test aside, what would you choose by just using logic?
Would you spend 1 mil to get 20 items, or would you spend 1 mil to get 200 items.

Might want to fix the title. Says scrapping 100 parts not items.
Also fairly sure it's impossible to get an item from scrapping another item. That wouldn't make sense if it was possible (in my opinion) and i've never seen it happen before. Could be wrong though.

But it is a good indication o what the chances actually are of having this happen. It is far, far, less than 1% chance.

Lot's do it regularly. And lots get legendary pieces after using around 500k-1mil gold on commons to scrap

I can edit the title, I have before too. (Maybe you don't have the option, but you should). It's under the edit button under the title and before the...words

How many legendaries do you get on average? It could be a very good way for f2p players to get legendaries
