You know what I mean. The passive-aggressive chicken who doesn't want to get hurt, so he rocks back and forth like a drooling baby and potshots mortars and Sniper rounds from behind a rock? Surely their lack of skill prevents them from getting very high? Is it 1500? 2000? I need to know there's light at the end of this not-all-Shooters-are-idiots-but-all-idiots-play-Shooter nightmare I'm in.

And because you guys are nothing but predictable, I will now counter your retort...no, you in fact do not help the team at all. In fact, when you're the last guy standing down 1 boat to 3, you'll most likely run like a coward because dying at this point means you have to meet reality again for 12 more seconds before the next match of 4 suckers carries you to victory.

Where was I? Oh right...here's why you're worthless: You could join us together and be useful as a teammate to help burst or target down the first guy that pops up...you could, stick around anyway and become another soaker target so that your Fixer (that's me!) doesn't get insta-killed...or at the very least gives him time to heal while the other team has to cycle targets...and don't get me started on those all too common times where said Peekaboo was the first guy killed while out looking for his little nest to hunker down in. I mean, I could go on. Fixer or no.

But as an aside it is known in Fixer circles..:sticking together and teamwork is what wins matches, not the 40 pts of damage you just scratched off that MK4 Defender. And when you run off to die alone like that, you will not get healed like that either.

Rant over. I'm sure you can tell I had an awful evening. But those that group with me know I call targets, I toss heals, and I spread the damage.

The TL;DR version: You Peekaboo players are absolutely WORTHLESS.

LOts of fixer are shit too... When i die i really like looking at fixer fight... In 80% they only spam heal for themself.
After at 2k infamy it seem better, i start to see tactic, thats cool

I'll just lay mines at the nearest chockepoint occupying 2 of the enemies for 2 minutes, still lose 5/0

I would say never. maybe nightmare league? Im at 2500 infamy right now, and the battles are definitely more interesting and there is a big difference between ace and masters players. However, you still get terrible players that you have no idea how they got there lol

From my experience, above 1600 infamy there are a lot less, uh, unsmart people. There's always the odd player about whom you wonder how he/she ever got there, but most players have been good and using their brain in my recent matchups.

Surprisingly mk5 enforcers can deal out a lot of damage, and they play well too
Btw, it was fun to see you on the battle field today, went right to us

I peek on Enforcer whenever I get the chance. Deal with it. :l
I'm using all close-range weapons and I can't take much damage, walls are my friends.

I've even seen worthless noob campers with over 2500 infamy. Even shooters with nothing but mines. How they ever managed to get to that infamy is a big mystery to me. But despite that, they excist.

Unfortunately you sometimes have to be the chicken because your entire team stays back and only mortars/torpedoes. If you advance forward you instantly die to a hail of mortars and bullets.

Let me the you as an enforcer I can't do anything when 8 people play with 15 mortars in a match except maybe frost launcher spam, which gives the mortars extra damage. However it's dull both teams just spamming mortars. I usually venture out only when I know when we have numerical advantage.

I’m around 1100-1500 infamy and I encounter at least 5 afk everyday.. last night I had the worst run with a series of unbalanced matchups and weird teammates’ behaviour. The one I remember the most is a guy named Acycle00 Mk4 shooter. He would call “together” and would start going and shooting around the spawn area but he never follow the team to go forward. Even when the unfriends came looking for him after the rest of us dead, he would not aim and just simply shoot. The best part is his infamy was less than 100 and the rest of us were 1100+. How could he be matched with us with that big infamy gap??

Strange, he definitely infamy tanked in the past, and its possible he was lagging. Maybe he gave up on the game and is just trolling, that sucks.

That is a lot of afk, im at 2500 and have played about 50 battles today, only like 2 afk

It’s possible that he was lagging but looking at his infamy he’s more like trolling..

Hiding and hitting unfriends from behind walls is not simply chicken play, it's smart. We peek out, hit our enemies with our point dmg guns, peek in and hit them with mortars.

Creates a ton of confusion and if dmg too, mortars don't just do dmg, it works like a control item too, splits up teams, makes other peekers come out of their hiding spot, sonetimes makes other ships turn and run where you want them to run.

Peekers who play mortars often get the least dmg in the whole team but win more, wanna know why? Cause playing shooter with mortars and peeking is like playing support ships.

Like all other strategies, it works sometimes and doesn't work sometimes (Certainly backfires when the enemy team has more arc weapons) but doesn't mean the players are lame.

Atleast we are TRYING to do what we are supposed to do despite it being a dull playstyle, unlike defenders who stay back and do dmg with long range items and fixers who spam "together" and charge the front with overboosts and self heal expecting us to follow them for heals and then get killed first

because people who've intentionally dropped now get matched up with higher infamy people, it's part of the countermeasures the devs put into the game

also, this behaviour sounds like botting... make sure to report him
