Changing Your Name (Back)

    To add a little transparency around this topic:

    Changing your name the first time is free.

    Changing your name a second time, or back to your original name costs 1000 pearls.

    To get 1000 pearls, you can spend $10 or earn 1-2 pearls in well-played games for 2-4 weeks to farm those pearls, just to change your name (back).

    In online games with top leaderboards they don't really want you changing your name often. So 1000 pearls makes it doable if you are that desperate for a new name.

    Just be glad it's possible. In games like Clash of Clans or Clash Royale you can only change your name once before you can never change it again.

    I just read this thread which I think is really relevant to the name change discussion:

    @Rovio If the reasoning behind your name change policy is related to harassment, trolling, inappropriate conduct, etc., than I think that's a very fair consideration and worth advertising. That would make me and I'm sure others understand the need to add validation around profiles.
