Not losing infamy when you quit

To be honest, if someone sinks my ship during battle, sometimes I quit the battle.
Even though I do it, I still think players should lose infamy by quitting. I think it would give people motivation to watch your team till the end.

Thoughts?

 

You don't lose / gain infamy it right away because the game hasn't been determined yet. As in it's still ongoing. The moment the game is completed, your infamy will be updated. Check the Battle Log

Well, I watched the latest TheWarNet video, and he's saying he's going to stop playing Battle Bay until they fix the Fixer.
Personally, I think he's over exaggerating the issue a little, sure the Fixer has it a tougher at MK2-MK4. However, you need to change the way you play. You simply can't rush out there anymore, and being a fixer, you really need to realize that you're the number one target. ... anyway I'm rambling.

 

Understood! I didn't know he was quitting the game, frankly I didn't care much for him anyway, there are other posters that give better advise and tips. My personal Favorite is Genki Games.. he is short and sweet and gets to the point and stays on topic. Just my personal opinion.

I followed TheWarNet because he was pretty vocal in VIP Chat and he was several levels below me, and wanted to see what his progression was in direct comparison to mine. He shares a lot of the views i have in terms of the game changes and potential improvements.

 

I would like to see points awarded for being last ship in a loss!! I've been on so many losing teams I went from 800 to 300 in a day!!!!!! Now I can't get back up to even 500! Points should also be awarded for # of ships sunk and blast points! Otherwise, let us fleet more than just two ships!

If that's the case, below are some of the things might result from this.
1) If a Fixer see sthe battle is lost, he'll just run away and heal himself so he'll be the last to be sunk.
2) More camping from Shooters and Defenders since no one want to take one for the team.
3) Less people want to play the Speeder because he/she will be the first to be sunk if got ambushed.

It's a team game. If you can't work with your team to win, then it's your faults. Your infamy averages out in the range of your skills with your weapon capabilities.
