    guys how to accurately calculate the damage of flare gun?

    # of DPS by duration in seconds + aditional seconds for perks added.

    DPS is higher than damage because its CD is lower than the duration, so there will be some overlap if you apply on CD.

    (Damage*duration)/cooldown = dps

    Edit: I should learn to read, calculation for damage pr shot is damage*duration yes.
