    FIXERS
Since the rebalance happened what is your weapon of choice now? (And why please)
Or are you using the same weapon
Are you saving up for a new weapon?

I'm still using Napalm Launcher --- Suppose its defensive nature works even better with my double Pulse mk5 setup now, as I desperately need to avoid going forward & taking big hits.

Sitting behind a corner, tossing some Napalm - Sneaking out to land my heals & then back behind my rock :)

Explosive canon is a great healer weapon for close encounters. Also I find the regular canon to be a good weapon for the healer if you are more geared toward shooting than healing

I'm a mk3 using a simple cannon after reading about how mortars can be useless on some maps and torpedoes aren't the best when you're behind your teammates and they end up hitting them instead.
Are fire weapons worth it at the mk3 level? I always notice that the burn damage is negligible unless the ship is about to die anyway. Or is it used to cancel out bandge/repair pulse healing?

I would not recommend Flare Gun, you need to get much closer than any Fixer with a nerfed Repair Pulse would want to be.

Napalm is fun though, great for controling the fight & you dont have to focus too much on range and aiming, leaving you more time to focus on the primary job. Lategame you probably want to pack more punch though

I'm very happy with my rare lvl30 blast cannon at mk4 at 2000-2300 infamy. I can dish out decent hits (560) and can normally do my fair share. I might swap if I get better epics but will still manage if I don't since I can evolve it to mk5 when I've trained Burt enough. The only issue is when I can't reach the enemy but I can always focus more on healing.

I'm using sniper, though I might swap to explosive cannon when I get it to higher level. Or run both, if I ever get to mk6

    Epic swift torpedo.
I tried it and liked it. Plus of the three epics I had, two of them were a swift torp.
Generally I just point it in roughly the right direction and focus on getting back to healing/keeping myself alive.
Also handy when everyone is bunched to cause a bit of aoe.

Cannon. Love the fire rate and the reliability in close fights, especially against Speeders.

    It is different.

When i play with another fixer i use cannon because we heal us together an so i have more time for shooting.
If i play with an shooter or an speeder i use a weapon that takes longer for loading like big torpedo or napalmlauncher so i can concentrate mor to healing.

As you move up to MK4 and MK5, my recommendation would be to use weapons with a longer cooldown than cannon. Your focus always needs to be keeping your healing items on cooldown, and your team at full health. This is going to require al let all of your attention. Quick cooldown are either going to waste potential damage (anytime its not on cooldown), or potential healing - aka stuck waiting for global cooldown because you just fired a cannon.

I love Mines - they allow me to protect my teams flank, cover my escapes, and sometimes help me to isolate players who push ahead too fast. Sniper, explosive, napalm and blast are all good options too.

I'd also steer clear of mortars for the most part.

I love my fire bomb. Fixers can focus on healing but still deal quite a bit damage with it. I can stay hidden using it too.
