    Hi, I few days ago my account was suspended and I can't use the global chat, is there any way to fix it or know how many days I have to wait?

    is it only global chat or you cant play at all?

    if only global, then no big deal, you probably said something offensive and got reported. could vary from 2 days, a week or even more.

    Yup, you got reported then. It can last an hour or even a month but only way to find out when it ends is simple. Try posting to the global chat and then you will find out is it over yet.
    The duration of chat ban depends on what you did (according reporters) and how many reports you got.

    maybe my friend because my guild mate use my account he fight on chatroom trashtalk when i use my account i cant play anymore.

    Well, also sharing your account is not allowed, i think that is also a bannable offence. Either way, i hope you learn your lessons.
