Perks, How to fit them?

    I have perks just sitting in my spaces and are they doing anything? I can't move them am I doing something wrong?

    You need to have an item with a perk slot and equip the said perks to the item. Rares, epics, and legendaries have perk slots. Im not sure if uncommons still have in this version, im sure commons do not have perk slots.

    There are a few instructions and requirements to fit a perk.
    1- Does the weapon you're using match the perk? Let's say, My perk is "Damage to Frozen items." It can only be used on mortars, and if I try to put it on my (example) cannon, it wont work.
    2- Click on the weapon, and then the slot with the plus sign. There should be a "plus" sign slot, and if you click on it, the perks that match that item will show up.
    3- Place the perk. All you do is place that perk into the plus sign slot, and enjoy!

    Rarity doesnt matter - Epic perks fit into uncommon items and vice versa.
    You need perks that match your items (click the perk to see a list of items it fits into)
