    have you tried switch of your device and restart it . then open the game .

    Tried switching my phone on/off. Still doesn’t work neither.

    im still stuck too. opened a different forum post. its been close to 48 hours like this. Is this effecting everyone?

    Yeah guess so. I think its everyones problem now. I’ve just spent some cash on it and this happens. I hope it gets resolved soon.
