EPIC STANDARED SHIELD WON'T EVOLVE

Does any one have ideas on how to fix what seems to be a bug? my item wont evolve!

    Hey groovers, does any one have ideas on how to fix what seems to be a bug?

    I have an Epic Standard Shield on level 30, i try to evolve it and have another epic standard shield however for some reason its not acknowledging that I have it and will not allow me to evolve the item. Please help!

    Could you send us a screenshot of the upgrade screen?
    Also, you need a tier 1 epic shield to evolve your t3 shield to t4. You also need powercells (30 if I remember correctly), and a certain amount of gold. Do you fulfill those requirements?

    You can only use T1 items for evolution, sorry man
