45 minutes of playing time, battle bay has consumed 40 percent of my battery in this intervall. That's roughly 1% per minute, which is HUGE. noting also that in 45 minutes it drained 15% of the total power of my phone dirind the entire day!

It's getting kinda ridicoulous how much battery it drains and limits me in playing; at most I did 8-9 games....would have played the double if i hadn't to charge my phone back up

Yeah, this happens to me too. Battle Bay consumes more battery charge compared to other apps and games.

It's becoming worrysome, when you always have your battery level on the mind and see it shrinking every minute at such a pace

I have like 4100mAh of battery and it drains to zero with something like 4-5 hours of grinding(but that's actually very good I guess) :p

    Redmi Note 4 ftw!

Yes, I've been pointing out the issue since the last update. Sadly (but no surprisingly) no response from the devs yet tho.

Phone getting hot is a good indicator that your processor is being stressed, and batteries will deplete fast in these conditions.
I have a Samsung S7 edge, and BB does kill my battery too, a couple of hours gameplay will consume about 70% of my battery, so I tend to only play when i'm at home and connected to the mains.

Temp went up to 40 celcius.

I put water to cool it down beside stopping BB and other necessary apps.

I tracked my battery last night. Post 4.1 update. On iPadAir2. I played 13 battles last night and lost 32% of the battery charge (1hr and 10 minutes of app time).

Yes i use water to cooldown my phone.
I dont dunk it it water.
I use vwry tough tissue to soak the water and out it in my phone casing.

    It will drop the temperature.

Once the tissue dry out, repeat the whole process again.

Here is the picture of the tissues in my casing.

All you filthy phoneites complaining about battery life... This is why we tablet players will reign supreme.

For the record... I am no longer a tablet player. I swear by the Nintendo Wii.

    Update.

Instead of soaking tissue in water, i change and use wet wipe. The result is even better.
