Tesla Bolt Breaks - Global CD

    When a Tesla Bolt stun is removed by damage, it triggers a full global cooldown. This is akin to an extended 2-3 stun for what otherwise shouldn't be happening. You could if you were clever enough use that to your advantage in games and disable for the unfriendly for that extra bit longer. The tooltip also does not reflect this as being a by-product of a stun break.

    Can you post a replay of this happening?

    I just checked some of my replays and there doesn’t appear to be any GCD after stun break.

    I don't think it will appear in replays either, if what OP says is true.

    Are you sure its global cool down and not just pausing the current cooldowns?

    When I run Tesla Bolt (it's not often that I do) I almost always get hit directly after stun breaks. Also on the receiving end I'm able to fire instantly after the stun on me was broken.
