CTF and yellow items

can we disable usage of Nitro and Overboost in CTF for the first 5 seconds of the whole match?

Because speeder can get a good head start in some map and get the flag first then ride the waves away like in The Foundry

 

Idk I think I'm the only one to find it little reasonable

 

U can’t use nitro or ob when u carry a flag and u propose block it before taking a flag , what a reson to load it?

 

The point has some merit, as I have seen a Speeder capture in Crude Awakenings before I could putter over to either the capture or defend area. Maybe a better suggestion is to start the Speeders at the farthest away points, as starting them at the close points is what causes this issue.

 

Only if shooters can't use their weapons in the first 30 seconds of a deathmatch.

Firstly: Why are you complaining about YOUR team getting a free cap?
Second: In a majority of games in my experience, early cap speeders are, more often than not, hunted down and killed, be it due to lower speed, health, bad teammates, or just getting outnumbered and outgunned. In any case, speeders pulling off an early capture like this is relatively rare, especially if their opponents have their own speeders/other fast boats, and isn't as big of a problem as you're making it out to be.
I played about 15 games of CTF as a speeder today, using twin nitro and an OB. In all of them, I went for early cap. I only pulled it off in about 4 or 5. Most of the time, enemy speeders got me, which are very common because of how many CTF players use speeders, enfos, and interceptors to give them an edge capturing or hunting down thieves.

What happens to my team can also happens to the enemy team

 

...The reason why speeder captured the flag so fast is because enemy didn't know that they could took your flag first, they could have more time to stop the speeder if they captured the flag.
(I don't think enemies couldn't reach your flag base before speeder captured the flag.)

 

Happens way to often on that map. There needs to be a thirty second buffer on cap points atleast to allow you to get in firing range before they cap the first flag!
