New Heal Item

    I present to your attention a new green item, It repairs allies with electricity, which means the length of the electric arc is not more than 15 units. Then, the electrical repair continuously, and he does not have a cooldown.
    Repair of 100HP per second in one ally, and 50HP per second, if the allies are 2 next to each other. The item also takes 2 points of cells!

    these stats are for a T1 Epic? cause my pulses heal for more than that now.

    I don't think this would solve a need or problem.

    They should really update repair box.. increase the healing it does..and maybe add an effect that could aoe a small area near the box.

    They need to add a training to repair box that cuts the remaining burn time on burning targets by like %20.

    I gave the numbers formally, and so it’s better than the pulse by ~ 50%, and the main thing is that it doesn’t have any cooldown!

    I'd like this, be a great new mechanic but I'd have the healing like this.

    - Can heal up to 3 targets
    - Arcs twice so in all, so it heals 3 players.
    - Main target receives 100% healing, second is 50% and third is 25%. E.g. 1000 > 500 > 250.

    I'm opposed to reducing burn time on fire effects as that's mitigating damage to these only. They just need to change how the fire works.

    E.g. Increase fire damage by 50% & reduce duration by 50%. Reduce the bonus damage from fire weapons and the healing reduction talents from 5% to 2.5%.
