Camera angle shift upward

This days encountering the new problem. Everytime I try to use some item my camera angles shift upward... Sometimes downward too. Making it too frustrating to do something in the game.

And also so when it happens it changes the the boat i am focusing on.(without target lock).

For reference I use the fixer with either mine firebomb or grenade. And 2 repair bolt

 

Grenades and mortars/ fb change camera angle giving you a higher view compared to other weapons or items
But if you can get use to it, It’s actually pretty handy for seeing mines and torps in the water
If I’m not shooting I keep my grenade selected for this reason

 

True i do enjoy the view i get from fb/grenade compare to any canon.

But issue is camera start facing the sky that's the problem.
