Is Shooter's speed capped at 1.5

    Can't put the all damage perks on a turbo sadly, just the hp ones, I only built up my epic turbo to add them and was disappointed.

    Isn’t there still the ‘brutal’ legendary perk, which does add damage?

    I have an epic T5 level 45. I took off 3 speed perks and it still maxes all my ships. I put two epic HP on and waiting for a third. My last perk is a speed combined with 1.5% damage so keeping it there.

    Ok, scratch what I said. :cool: Post update, all ships are maxed even after removing one perk. Only one currently because I don't have any other perks to swap with. :rolleyes:

    I have an epic turbo on a shooter at maximum speed of 1.5. Now I have got a legendary turbo. It seems to me that it is useless (I am a little bit frustrated) What is your recommendation? Scrap it? Keep it for whatever potential use in the future?

    It took me forever to RNG 6 rare turbos .. and I remember how frustrating it was getting hit by everything when I had a 1.09 speed.

    While it make make T4+ epic turbos worthless (other than with HP perks) .. it's probably a good change for newer players.

    What about when when dragging the flag in CTF. Would the wasted turbo update kick in and help move that flag faster after the frost affect is applied?
