VIP Issue on iOS

    Hey, my VIP is active in my Apple ID settings but the game acts as if I’m not paying for it.

    Where is the best to contact Rovio support?

    Yeah this is happening to me too! I just got billed a couple days ago, but for some reason today VIP is off. I can only select 2 guild quests, don’t get my free refresh with the supply drops...etc. Not feeling like a VIP anymore :(

    Maybe try restoring purchases and then buying it again?
    Do that by clicking on the button "i" in the VIP section of the shop.

    What @StrictSalmon307 said! Please press the "i" in VIP/Subscription menu and it will refresh your sub to be active in game. :)

    hello I just took the VIP subscription and everything works except the free refresh of the shop which remains paying what should I do?
