A little guide

so, I want to help you get through the game. Why? Because I don't want you pestering me with questions.

1. Fleet with a fixer- that way, you have a guaranteed fixer on your team, thus increasing your chances of winning ( by <5% lol)

2. Use fixer yourself- again, fixing! Fleet with another fixer for a huge chance of winning.

3. Use speeder- speeders have been highly neglected by the devs, but they are still very good.

4. Don't be selfish fixer- your team needs you, and all the duct tape in the world will not counter firebomb spamming.

5. Stick with your team- always stick with your team, unless the enemy is raining torpedoes on you. Then distance yourself as much as possible. That splash damage...

 

You will also get chances of loosing <5% by having low fire power

It's not a troll. That last time they posted the data for win rate, for some mks, the team with fixer had lower winrate.

 

Miika posted the global win rate for Fixer teams, and it was slightly above 50%. However, with good strategy Fixer teams have a significant advantage (even if the other team also has good strategy).

 

He said your chances of loosing would decrease if you had low firepower.

 

He meant chances of losing would increase by <5% because fixer has low firepower.

 

But that was wrong. Chances of Fixer teams winning was like +2-3%

 

He must have forgetton that fixers can heal.

Hi, I’m sorry for the brashness of my post, that was rude of me and I apologise. Welcome to the forum.

@SupremeCalamitas was talking about a statistical advantage that Fixer teams have (or at least appeared to have, last time the topic was raised, and we were given stats). It’s only a small advantage, less than 5%, but it was there (kind of).

You said that having less firepower gives you -5%, as though to say it evens out. While you are correct that Fixers have disadvantages as well as advantages, the win rate still appears to trend positive for Fixer teams, versus non-Fixer teams. Which is why it’s probably good to always have a Fixer on your team.

 

Yep. I had a full speeder team and a full shooter team. I was on the speeder side. You would think the bananas would lose because of the low firepower but we won in less than a minute lol
