Issues with display after update

After the update I went into the game and everything is offset to the right, this includes the loading screen for the game. I also can no longer see my inventory and I can’t see anything if I go into crew training. I also am only able to upload this picture for some reason and am unable to show you the rest which show the other problems I am seeing. Thanks for you help in trying to fix this

 

This issue includes everything with items and battling as well

Same problem with i7+. Tried going in to a battle and it’s the same. Still did 3500 with 1 weapon lol

Works fine on my iPhone, but virtually unplayable on my iPad where I typically play. Please fix...please

 

Sure you can do better, Try with all weapons now

 

Same problem with an old Ipad 3 and Iphone 8. Tried reinstalling the game, it works but the display get's again once like this after checking the 'Low Resolution' Option.

 

Game crashe and closes. Ipad mini :/

 

are you running high-res on your phone? Looks like it could be a low res issue

 

It was said by the developers that it is an issue with low resolution so you need to play on high resolution for now

 

Same on iphone X. can't see anything!
I believe I use low-res setting before the update.

 

My phone was already set to hi resolution prior to the update, but it’s so jacked now I can’t confirm the settings at all.

 

is there any way to change to high res settings if you had low res selected before the update? I cant select the settings option.
