International Matchmaking Connectivity Is Hot Garbage

    Anytime I play a match with international players the game lags so much I can't even hit targets or steer my ship.
    In matches with majority North American players everything is smooth and works as it should.
    Can we look into this or add a feature to restrict matchmaking by region? I've already wasted 3 tickets in Monday Madness getting 2 stars due to low damage from missing laggy targets.
    This issue is present in infamy battles as well.

    Lag is caused by your distance to the server and local/national internet issues. I’ve never heard anyone say it is affected by the nationality of the players in their games.

    That's the only factor that changes which is why I think it's the cause. Maybe they are farther from the servers so their ping to and from servers is slower than mine causing the lag?

    I see players from all over the world in my games, and I never experience lag on WIFI or mobile data?

    Me neither. 99% of my friends living in another continent, and we fleet normally.

    Edit: But this happens only on this game. Another game with server based in regions (you select the server), don't work well play in servers outside Europe.
