    My main battlebay account was synced to google play games with an account me and my friend made together
    We agreed that it was my account and he would not play on it.
    Nowadays though, he always keeps using my account and doing stuff i dont like such as lowering my infamy.
    I have asked him to not login through my account but he wont listen.
    Can someone help me?
    Just to clarify , this is not my personal gmail address, just an account we decided to share and there is no risk of being hacked.

    Would be appreciated if there is a system in which it an track the device which made the account and not let other devices which have not been given permission enter

    It just happened that my acc was synced on that gmail... i didnt think of the future...anyway i lost a friend

    All the same, if someone’s account is breached (for whatever reason), there should be some procedure in place to be able to secure it again.

    It's the same with every mobile game I've played .. I'm not sure why, but they can't remove it once it's on a device.

    Some games do allow you to disconnect from Google play, delete the cloud data synced there, and then sync to a new google play, locking out the other party.
    Unfortunately I do not think BattleBay has such a feature.
    This is a bad situation, as if you are no longer friends he is going to continue to mess with your account, and you are powerless.
    Personally I would start a new account, its painful but you cannot progress with that account if the guy is going to keep wiping out your upgrades.
    You already learned the hard way, but you should never share accounts with people for this exact reason.

    That’s pretty sad. I know the devs don’t generally restore items, but in this case, he posted about the security breach days ago, asking for help, and received none, despite an MVP clearly reviewed his post. I feel like any further losses are not his fault.

    @TheAntiSnipe how is he supposed to recover his account?

    @NeptuneGaming could you possibly commandeer the google account, so he can’t sign in anymore? Would that help?

    Tbh the worst part isnt even losing the items...i hardly even play bb nowardays due to my addiction to fortnite....its that i have lost one of my few good friends due to a mere video game
