Why no response on a straight up 25vs25 rivalry. Or 26vs26 or 27vs 27. Say the ground rules. And both side can abide by it.

Reach out here. Or in game. We all have seen the Facebook post by your guild members where u say u didn't want to do substitutions. And said u didn't want to throw matches. But did. Because u felt Silencio did it. Excuses.

So let's take out excuse one. No substitutions. Or very limited. 1 or 2 players extra.

Is your guild strong enough to take this challenge? We are.

It's funny how the losers of any contest always want to be the ones who get to change the rules before a rematch. It's always the same narrative too: "The winners didn't play fair, so now we're going to set some extra rules we feel will level the playing field." Then, when you lose again, there will be another excuse, and another. This is why, in the real world, the winners get to set the conditions of a rematch - they don't give that right to the losers to make them feel better about their shortcomings. Banderas knows YorkeN - you want a rematch that bad have Banderas reach out to him and agree on the terms of combat and we can have another go at it.

The bottom line is that The Dream Team beat Silencio fair and square in this rivalry - had it been otherwise Rovio would have intervened. All the salty tears are tasty though - keep em coming - next you'll be saying "are you guys scared", "you can't beat us by our rules", or my personal favorite "the Russians hacked the rivalry".

This isn't a whine. This is a...do U want to have a real playing field? Since the devs seem incapable of fixing the biggest excuse your guild came up with for having 100 players. Again I said your guild. Read facebook battle bay world.

In your guild members said they wouldn't have done substitutions Or cheated if they didn't feel it was already being done.

So notice it's 2 excuses your guild member came up with. Excuse 1. Substitutions.

Excuse 2. Cheating.

Simplest way to know who is best is get rid of substitutions.

As for cheating. We will let the developers handle who cheats. And what to do. That's what the report button is for.

So defender to defender. Do u really need a 100 to 50 advantage to win?

Or can 25 vs 25 be good?

While I can't speak for what any 1 of 100 people that contributed to this outcome did in any particular game, other than myself, I can say I would be disappointed if any of the core TDTE players cheated and admitted as such on FB. I don't know of it directly, so you have me at a disadvantage there. You know it's impossible to control the ethics of the other 75 that usually wear other guild tags though, right? But as you said, that's what the report button is for. I expect Rovio to deal with any cheating as per their policy.

How is substitutions an excuse though? An excuse for what - the alleged cheating of those not ordinarily in TDTE? I really don't see the problem with substitutions if players want to do it - let them - it's really not a disadvantage. So you don't get 42k tokens at the end of the week - you probably got more than that on the extra completed quests though. Guild-wise, if the only outcome is a 21k token difference between first and second place guilds, then this is more about the gold vs silver cup on the guild record - not the tokens.

And if it's a pride thing, a guild should be able to do whatever Rovio says is legal in terms of substitutions. Maybe I missed it, but I don't see Rovio saying that the substitution strategy was illegal and broke the intended gameplay. Perhaps Silencio should work on improving relationships with friends willing to help them out in a guild war, not complain that TDTE had too many friends willing to help them.

I don’t think this will be exploited much anyways, as only people staying in the guild would get tokens (the guild leader).

 

This is how Farming starts.
Farming for tokens according to devs is an exploit.

Had many people who joined Dream Team for a day and then left send me pms...saying they were farming tokens.

Success. They got easy tokens.

This again already ruled by devs as against their intention. Now it's up to developers to end the exploit.

Since the biggest exploiters...seem too afraid to go 25vs25. It's now in devs hand.

 

Silencio did the exact same - TDTE just did it better.

You know in your heart substitutions were done by both sides to WIN - not to exploit or token farm. Otherwise both would be doing it now. Don’t go all slippery slope and claim that token farming was the motivation for subbing and now the game is broken when it’s not.

You must have me mistaken for someone else - I don't run rival's errands for them.

I already told you once, but I'll go ahead and say it again to make it easy for you: have Banderas talk to Yorken if you want to arrange some special rules to play by.

Limit the contributors/ subs, limit the gear score allowed, limit whatever makes you feel like you can win - I just show up and smash stuff.

Be careful though - with so many tears for one loss I'm not sure you guys could handle a second one.
