Cant use transmuted item to evolve an item

    I transmuted my epic rudder and rare lube into bandages and I cannot use them to evolve the bandages I already have. When I go to evolve it says I dont have the items. Is this a glitch and will it be fixed?

    What level were they when you transmuted them? If you had evolved the rudder/lube when you transmuted them into bandages you can't use them in the evolution of another. I.e. a Tier 2 bandage can't be used to evolve a Tier 3 into a Tier 4.

    Well it should be allowed. If I have two tier 2 bandages I should be able to evolve them to a tier 4, after all each lvl they go up its the same points so if anything combining them is a loss in total points but a gain in slots.

    You can only use T1 items for evolution, T2 can be evolved, but not used to evolve something else.
    So now you have 2 x T2 bandages you are pretty screwed as nobody really runs double bandage on any build, maybe a defender could pull it off but double bandage is rare.

    It's not really the same as the resource requirements between 2 bandages to level 2 vs. 1 bandage to level 4 are very different. The 1 bandage to level 4 will have much greater requirements.

    I had a Tier 2 EPIC Rudder which is worthless to Transmute for me. I don't need another Tier 2 blue item.
    I would rather be able to just back it up to a Tier 1 so I can use it as a dupe for my big shield.
    I'm just going to have to scrap it.

    I think the right thing to do would be for you to be able to use the extra item to level the other into the next level and the game return to you the extra resources or part of them that you used to level the second item up. e.g (Bandage T2 + Bandage T2 = Bandage T3 + parts + sugar
