Need help with an event question...please.

    Hello BB family,
    I just checked my battle log and see that i have won 2 out of the last 20 battles in the event...is it simply that I have a bad loadout? Is my ship tier too high for the weapons I have (I am using the best of whzt i have got and know how to use)? Am I just having bad luck with teams? I have a pic of mh loadout here. Please, if u can any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, i always get the message you have an unusual combo of taletns, ship tier and weapons etc....

    If ya want to get a fuckload o' tokens, I recommend hopping onto that defender. Flare+ ex should do just fine. Be careful not to get your gear score too high ( I recommend below 3k gear score for mk4). Of course, if you haven't trained anything for fire+, a sniper should be swell as well ( shit I'm rhyming)

    What do your matches look like?

    If they're mostly decked out in royal purple (max epics), then you'll have to switch some things around to get your item levels closer.

    If you don't still have a rare turbo, you're probably screwed ... But, you could try swapping out everything else for mid level epics, high rares or T1 legendaries to see if your matches improve.

    Considering it's a Fire event, you may want to use that T3E Flare, as it is boosted 30%, plus it boosts your canons and your teammate's canons. Same idea with the Fire Bomb.

    Replace ur t5 epic swift with t5 rare fire bomb. if u don't have a t5 rare turbo then salvage two turbo perks. This might solve ur problem.
    btw replace ur defense perks with hp perks. u can reach 11k hp.

    I’m in the same boat as the OP, I have mk7s and can’t win at all this event so I am doing ranked or just playing another game. Just try your luck with next event .
