Perks for Fire Event actually are NERFS??

    Question on the PERKS for the Fiery Event.

    Why do the FIREBOMB and NAPALM perks say " -13 % Projectile Speed"
    The Flare Gun says "+13% Projectile Speed"

    So WHY would we want to slow down the projectile speed of FireBomb and Napalm? Or is this a typo in the perk description?
