a small nerf to Tesla shield

    now this idea won't balance double bubble enforcers , but at the same time it will be fair for 1 Tesla shield users ,

    so if a Tesla shield is broken it will stuns the user for 40% of that item's CD that broke it ,

    but the minimum stun duration will be 4s ,so if standard cannon breaks a Tesla shield that TS user will be stunned for 4s and not 40% STD cannon's CD

    EC =5.7
    BC=4.4
    Big berta=6.2
    napalm=5.3
    missile=4.8
    ........
    but for RG it will different ,it is 40% of its CD× %DMG
    so a RG will stun 8.8 at maximum range , and at 50% range it will be 4.4s,

    you can see that those numbers are still close to 4s ;).

    4-5 second stun could be a heavy blow.I say reduce the hit points

    I didn't say it is not fair , I said it won't fix the whole double bubble problem , but it will help a bit , and at the same time it won't kill players who uses 1 Tesla shield ;)

    I say nerf double bubbles , make it a strategic play item just like Tesla bolt and overboost

    This will instantly kill Tesla shield,8.8 sec is way too much,I don't wanna see ppl crying about this out in the bay if the devs rly nerfed ts like yr opinion
    (I'm not a ts user,but I support the idea of nerfing 5% of the ts hp)

    Just start the cooldown at the end of the shields and not as soon as you push the button to initiate the shield. Simple ,rational solution for single and double bubbles.

    so,
    a tesla shield has a 20s cooldown and get destroyed by this weapon of the same level:
    -explosive cannon
    -flare cannon
    -Napalm
    -firebomb
    -Big Bertha
    -railgun
    -tesla bolt (each level)
    It doesn't protect you from splash damage
    It doesn't protect you from torpedo
    It doesn't protect you from mine
    missile launcher usually both destroy the shield and damage you.
    You have 11 piece of equipment to contrast the shield, don't say it is overpowered - of course, if you use only the sniper cannon you will never destroy a double bubble enfo. But that is your choice.

    My maxed out Lvl 50 epic Flare gun, Lvl 50 epic Ex Cannon (w Burn Perks) and Lvl 20 Leg Ex Cannon (w Dmg Perks) are not breaking Tesla Shields these days. Only my maxed epic Rail does, but that is pretty wasteful when they have 2 Telsa Shields.

    Probably those shields are higher level than your items...also could be because of event tesshield perk....

    or because of hp perks
    (I hope I remember it correctly) 2 epic ep perks on t5E tesshields are enough to stop t5E flare and ex cannon

    No, you are wrong on many accounts.
    Flare gun and rail gun are the only two reasonable items to take out a Tshield. Reports indicate flare gun will not take out max hp shield of same level. I can't confirm nor deny this. I only have legendary T2 flare and 9 times out of 10 it's not breaking a shield (due to variability in players, I can't keep track of who it pops and who it doesn't).
    Tesla bolt is on a longer cooldown and doesn't stun.
    I have max epic EC with 2 damage perks that will not take out a max epic tesla shield. I'm not going to further nerf the weapon by removing the fire buffs which are the only things that make it useful.
    An Enforcer/speeder isn't going to sit and wait for direct hit from fire bomb, napalm and especially not big slow ass bertha.
    Missile launcher scatter is too unreliable.
    Mines and torpedoes? Easy to avoid with the agile yellow boats. Don't be stupid, don't run into them.

    Missile launcer is seriously a really good wep when its trained to max projectile....and swift torp with maxed speed training,well,i dont think any boat without nitro can doge it....
    And one more think,if u still cant hit a yellow boat when using tes shield go train how to shoot....when on tes shield its way too easy to hit them...

    Yes it's good. Scatter is unreliable.
    Git gud. It's dodgeable, especially by yellow boats. Welcome to Nightmare.
    Non-sequitur. Nobody is complaining that it's hard to hit Tshield. The complaint is that it's too strong.

    just decrease hp of max t5E and t1+ legendary shields
    they're too strong
