Robbed/Lost red pieces after buying chest

Twice this morning I lost red pieces. I had 10/10 pieces and scrapped an epic before combining. So then I had another set of red piece box. Combined the red pieces 10/10. Then scrapped that epic. Then ended with two separate red piece box neither one complete. Went out the game and one disappears and didn't combine. I'm spending money and then being robbed.

 

See how there's two red piece boxes, leave the game and there is one but not the combined totally of both. So yes losing pieces. Only happens after buying 10x chest.

I watched it carefully this time, because I thought it happen the other day. If I buy anymore chest. I will video it. It's just sucks spending money and then that happens. Thanks for your input and help.

 

Same thing happened to me twice! Both times with buying 10x boxes. The first time, I didnt have proof. 2nd time I took screen shots of them disappearing and sent email. BTW, I keep my slots filled and organized so the only open slots are all together.
After 3 months of waiting for "devs" response, I finally received, the dev's checked, nothing wrong, too bad so sad! I was simply asking for them to make it right, give me back what I PAID for but instead I felt like they thought I made it up? Screenshots don't serve as proof either, you have to take a video or you too will be told, you made it up.
So now, the only thing that "disappeared " was the money they were getting from me on the regular. I've done more than I thought i could and without spending a penny! I enjoyed buying 10x boxes but my bank account really appreciates Rovio not making it right! It's like I got a raise or something LOL! Good luck! You'll need it!
On my screenshots, you'll see my rare blue items have a 2/10 box and a 3/10 box. Scrapped other items, played a game, came back, I went down to 3/10 box rare blue. How is this not stealing? How is it "impossible" to happen but yet here are screenshots?

 

It happened to me too, but they show up later fine. This happened to me when I exceed too many item slot limits, and the red pieces may disapear for a while, they come back either after you get your items within the slot limit or/and after you restart the game

 

It happened with me in the past. This happens when u scrap too many weapons at the same time. Usually, they won't disappear. u should wait until u can combine 10 pieces, then everything will be back to normal.
