    hey thats the way! using your anger and putting it into some solid workout can give surprisingly good results! on another note is that 50 in a row??:eek:

    Yes. Yes it was.;) I'm a swimmer though, so all my strength is built around endurance and repetitions. I also do a lot calisthenics. Pullups really help.
