Pearls missing from account

    I had about 6900+ plearls in my account till last night.. this morning when I log into my account I have 5335 pearls.
    Account has not been shared with anyone nor have I purchased anything with the pearls off lately ...
    Is it only me, or others are also being looted of the hard earned money spent pearls....
    @Rovio: is there anyway a player can get in touch with ur support team from the game.. because I could not find one... Screenshot_20180704-200538.jpg

    Have you gone through Rovio support? That's an important first step.

    Pearls do not just disappear from players' accounts. If you have less pearls now than before the only possible reason is that you have spent them on something.

    I have been playing BB for more than a year, and I also know these things just do not happen... But i had the pearls into my account till last evening... When I was playing.. this mrng I had less..

    Pearls don't just "disappear" - someone spent them...

    Likely reasons your pearls said bye:

    • You let a sibling play on game
    • You let your child(ren) play the game.
    • You signed in on another device and forgot to logout
    • You let parents play game
    • Your account was used without you saying it could be used, likely someone grabbed your ID

    No one uses my phone... Or my IDs... Pearls we're spent by someone but on what... There is nothing extra on my account.. no extra weapons, no boosts, no upgrades..

    I was hoping Miika could shed some light on this, he can find this sort of thing out(where pearls were spent at what time by which user)

    You probably spent them on parts or sugar for upgrading an item. If you’re short for levelling-up, it will give you the option to buy the missing resources (for an obscene price). But the button to ‘buy’ is visually similar to button for ‘level-up’, so it’s easy to press without noticing.

    I am guessing that is what would have happened.... Because the only thing I have done except for playing (in the last 4 weeks) was upgradingy blast cannon.

    Support can not assist with questions like these - the game lead has already given you the correct answer :)

    There are no bugs in the game that could lead to any resource or item losses.
