    a
    Fixer with 2 Shooting Guns, a Tesla Bolt, 6000 HP and a Self Health Power around 1000HP in 7 sec.?
    or
    Enforcer with 3 Shooting Guns, 2 Tesla Shilds All time ON. a 150 HP Bandage?

    I don't even know what that is.

    Reminds me of when I saw the idea for the Submarine in global chat. Free, on-board powers really don't belong in the game.
