    It locks on to the guy closest to you when a bunch of boats are in front of you.

    The jumping crosshair should be disable when I hold the aim button.

    This is how it works currently. The targeting system never changes targets while you have your aim button pressed.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it jumps when the target unfriend disappears.

    I'm aiming a torpedo to fire at where I know the enemy is, because I was just looking at them. With my finger on crosshair, they disappear, target jumps to another unfriend and torpedo hits wall somewhere between them.

    I'm pretty sure it doesn't, it just became harder because we are not seing our target anymore

    Torp aim is definitely dragged towards enemy ships while trying to target elsewhere, and it's very annoying.
    Trying to fight your own targeting can pull your own ship out of position if you aren't careful.

    Only torps? I don't use them, if it's only with them I woudn't notice it.

    I've only really noticed it with torps, like when I'm aiming for a tiny gap and an unfriend appears it'll be pulled towards them.
    I think torps should have free aim like mines do.

    I’ll try but it’s also difficult to capture it. In order to catch that moment we would have to record our screw while playing (not record the replay), and that’s something most of the people don’t do.

    All I can say is that this is not rare, it happens all the time and sometimes many times during the same game, and I think if you guys manage to fix it well the game experience would improve by quite a lot.

    I have noticed this issue with torpedoes and napalm. Despite not having sticky targets selected, I am constantly fighting the turret to line up shots intended for splash damage or ceiling clearances.

    However, the auto-zoom feature that is accompanied with holding the aim button with certain weapons selected has caused issues for me. When the auto-zoom is activated it can sometimes take the ship I was targeting completely out of the frame, which forces me to cancel the shot entirely.

    How about showing the targets that are in the cone of the targeting system without the auto-moving of the turret? Similar to a plane/space shooters. Then when a player is aiming at a target the highlight can be similar to what it is now. If a player wants the auto-aim then they can turn it on in settings. LET ME AIM!

    Sort of, but since the targeting system chose a target that I didn't necessarily want, like Dirty Boathole said, I have to fight the auto-zoom to get back on the Target that I want.

    I bet you that when turrets get fixed, people will complain they the turret sticks on to the enemy way to much.
