Having problems with stars...

    I’m a mk2 speeder who averages around 1500 damage per game. I currently am 600-750 infamy and playing with mk5 ships. No matter what I do, I can’t get more than one star every game. Any tips?

    I don't think that's a good Idea on a Mk2 speeder, IIRC at that MK he'd need to play without OB or Nitro (that are more valuable against those less skilled players he is facing) and the only fire weapon he could use is flare gun, its range would present the same problem, he'd need to get closer than he should of the enemies big guns

    I use sniper, grenade launcher, OB, nitro, and standard shield.

    That is a fine setup. You just need to be patient, level your items and your ships and continue to progress. You’ll get there. You are fighting way above where your level should be, so you are skilled.

    On a related note, I suggest you start working on a Rare Turbo, and training crew that give you speed buffs ASAP. When you upgrade to mk3 you’ll notice quite a steep drop in speed.

    Ok I just reached level 16 and I have enough gold to upgrade my ship. I’ll keep the same setup I have, except I’ll replace the standard shield with a rare turbo I have. Anything else I should know?
