uncountable damage

After the last update my hits are not countable only receiving hits and loosing my infamy, its always disconnecting like every game i play, happening since the last 2 updates !! how can i solve it

 

Damage not registering is usually caused by a poor connection.

Make sure you have a good connection, preferably WiFi, and that all other programs are properly closed from your app manager, before running the game.

It might also be worth going through your phone, and looking at what has permission to use the internet. There might be some app hogging your bandwidth in the background.

If none of that helps, post back with the make and model of your phone, and which OS version you are using.

Actually I have excellent WiFi connection and I closed other app but still there is like latency for 3 or more seconds in most of the battles I play, sometimes I've to quickly close it while I'm in the battles and reopen it again so I'll be on real time battle.

I'm using Iphone 7 with latest IOS version, really don't know what to do I also uninstall and reinstall but useless.

 

Does anyone else use the WiFi? For example, someone streaming Netflix while you’re trying to play? Do you use VPN or anything like that?

I would suggest you try playing somewhere else (just as a test), and see if the problem persists. That might help you to isolate it.

There are lots of things that can cause network lag, and not always easy to find. For example, I have the fastest broadband package my ISP offers, but I was recently having problem with my connection. It turned out some splitters in the cable box outside had corroded, and were causing interference on my line.

I’m pretty sure the updates are well tested for the iPhone 7. I’m also using an iPhone, and I don’t experience these problems.

 

I was moaning about this on the game last night and lots of people agreed with me. Ever since the new update the lag has been double at least. I have every app closed, no other person on the WIFI, app deleted and reloaded to remove excess data etc still have lag problem so it is definitely not me as nothing has changed since before the update so it must be the update.

 

@TheAntiSnipe is this a known issue?

 

Actually, come to think of it maybe I have had some issues lately. I don’t notice it during games, but I see my ship jumping around more during replays.

 

There are some apps capable of test your ping (considering their server), at least you can see if your connection is oscilating

Me too no one on wifi, no other applications open, lag is there its triple for me can’t play at all, nothing change for me used to play months without any problem but after these updates too much lag. Wana fix it.

 

deleting and then reloading the game does help with this but just make sure that you know how to login etc just in case!

just lost a few brain cells, think a chromosome might have gone down as well

 

Once again this lag is making the game unplayable! I think my game time has gone from 4 hours per day down to 90mins!!
